Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Up to 50 ACs, every feature, no card and no time limit. It isn't a trial that runs out.
What counts as an AC?
Each unit with its own sticker and its own history. A split AC counts as one, however many parts it has.
What happens when I go over 50 ACs?
Get in touch and we'll agree a plan with you before you're charged anything. The price and terms are agreed in writing first.
Do I pay per technician?
No. Add as many technicians as you need, on any plan.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. There's nothing to sign and nothing to pay to get started, and no lock-in if you stop.
What happens to my data if I stop?
It's yours. Export your units and each customer's service history as a spreadsheet at any time, including when you leave.
