Why it exists
Most AC service businesses run on a register, a pile of job cards and a WhatsApp group. It works, until it doesn't. A page gets torn. A technician leaves and half the site knowledge leaves on their phone. A customer says nobody came in March, and it's your word against theirs. A contract quietly lapses because nobody noticed the date.
None of that is a people problem. It's a record-keeping problem. Every one of those moments is fixed by the same thing: knowing, for this exact AC, what was done, when, by whom, and what's due next.
So we built CoolnTrack around the machine itself. Every AC gets a QR sticker. Scan it, and its whole history is there. Log today's work, and it's there for whoever opens it next.

Stickers, reports and the card a customer sees when they scan all carry your business name and logo. Your customers are your customers.
Only you talk to your customers
Reports and reminders go out from your business number. We never contact, market to or sell your customer list, and technicians don't message customers from their own phones.
A technician's work is never lost
Plant rooms and basements have no signal. A service log saves on the phone and uploads when the connection comes back.
