How it works

Stick, scan, report

What a normal week looks like once your ACs have stickers, from the first evening to the renewal at the end of the contract.

Getting started

The first evening

There's no setup week, no onboarding call and nothing to import. Most of the setup happens during work you were going to do anyway.

  1. Sign up and add your business

Your business name, phone number and logo. The logo goes on your stickers, your reports and the card customers see when they scan.

  2. Print a sheet of stickers

One label at a time or a full sheet as a PDF. Each sticker has its own unit ID. They don't need to be linked to an AC yet. For units in sun and heat, waterproof vinyl labels last longest.

  3. Add your technicians

A name, a phone number and a PIN for each. They open the app in their phone's browser and add it to the home screen. Nothing to download from an app store.

On site

A service visit

The same few taps whether it's one split AC in a flat or forty cassettes in an office block.

  1. Scan the sticker

The phone camera opens the unit straight away: its details, when it was last serviced, what was done and what's due.

    • A new sticker opens "Add AC" instead. Fill in customer, AC type, brand and location, and the unit is on record.
  2. Log the work

Tick every type of work done (cleaning, gas, repair and so on) and the checklist items under each. Add parts used and before and after photos.

    • No signal in the plant room? The log saves on the phone and uploads when the connection is back.
  3. Finish the visit

When every AC at the site is done, the customer signs once on the phone. That one signature covers every unit in the visit.

Back at the office

After the visit

The work is recorded. What's left is the part that keeps customers coming back.

  1. Send the report

A single branded PDF for the whole visit comes to you. You send it to the customer from your business WhatsApp. Technicians never message customers themselves.

  2. Remind the next ones due

Each AC's next service date is set from how often it needs servicing. Open the due list, tap Remind, and WhatsApp opens with the message already written.

  3. Renew the contract

AMC contracts show visits used and their end date. The ones ending soonest are at the top, so you can call the week before, not after the customer has gone elsewhere.

Already keep records in a register or Excel?

Keep them for as long as you like. You don't have to add every unit before you start: each AC goes in the first time a technician scans its sticker, so most contractors have every unit on record within one service cycle. If you have a spreadsheet of units, send it to us and we'll help bring it in.

Doing the jobs yourself?

That works too. Log the visit under your own account and the records show you as the person who did the work. Add technicians later, when you need them.
